The mythical flow state of mind, or in the zone as its sometimes called by athletes, is a state of deep immersion into an activity. Think about the last time that you were so engrossed in a book that you were totally unaware of anything that was happening around you. This is the flow state.

Helping good people to do great things, in this video, I share an excellent method to get into the flow state of mind, or in the zone, in any environment using the pomodoro method.
