Russell Potter In 2019 I flew to Nepal to facilitate an inspirational workshop to help a national player in the Indian professional services market to scale.
We told the story of scaling Mt Everest, with its 5 base camps, to the stages of scaling a business. The message: “What got you here won’t get you there.”
To tell the story, I bought in a Lakpa Nuruh Sherpa, who had scaled Everest 3 times, leading teams of climbers up the deadly mountain.
